DO
keep your bagels in an airtight bag and seal tight
DO freeze bagels and use them straight from the freezer when toasting
DO store at room temperature (not in the fridge) if you going to eat within 24 hours
DO slice your bagels before freezing them
DON'T microwave your bagels
DON'T place strong flavours like garlic with sweet or plain bagels when storing
DON'T leave bagels out of an airtight bag as they contain NO PRESERVATIVES (thank goodness!)
